Damon Klepczynski, President
Raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Damon Klepczynski quickly found a passion for the golf industry. In and around golf facilities throughout his high school days, Damon progressed rapidly through the golf professional ranks. Elected to PGA Membership in 1997, his work experience includes all facets of the industry. From outside operations, food & beverage, to head professional and club management, Damon has continually proven his worth and excelled in every position he’s attained.

While studying Business Management at Millersville University in Lancaster, PA, Damon successfully fulfilled his PGA credentials. Klepczynski began to target the high-end daily fee arena. His career as an Assistant Professional brought him to Middletown Country Club in Langhorne, PA, Harbor Pines Golf Club in Egg Harbor Township, NJ and to Beechtree Golf Club in Aberdeen, MD. Following apprenticeship, Klepczynski was named Head Golf Professional at Scotland Run Golf Club (Williamstown, NJ) in February 1999, a position he held for more than five years.

As a Head Professional, his management skills and merchandising expertise earned him the 2003 “Merchandiser of the Year – Public Category” awarded by the Philadelphia Section PGA. He was a featured instructor on the television show, GolfShots (Comcast Cable), and a golf page columnist for the Gloucester County Courier Post for more than two years. Working closely with the Sales Coordinator and Director of Marketing, the team developed numerous successful player development promotions and coordinated more than one hundred corporate outings held each year. Klepczynski’s knowledge, skills and affable personality made him the perfect spokesperson for these roles.

This natural progression led to the development of Golf Services Group. Partnering with other PGA Members, GSG prides itself on offering quality products to industry professionals while improving their bottom line.

Joseph Cieri, Vice President
An industry veteran of 17 years, Joe is well traveled and has gained experience in all types of facilities. He began his professional career at Penderbrook Golf Club in Fairfax, Virginia. Serving as an assistant and then head golf professional, Joe was exposed to the responsibilities of management from the start at this busy daily-fee club. Recognizing the need to become well rounded, he moved to the private club sector and served as an assistant professional at the prestigious Los Angeles Country Club then the exclusive Bryn Mawr Country Club in Chicago. While garnering experience in member satisfaction, merchandising, teaching and caddy programs, Joe also spent three winters honing his customer service and operational skills at the busy Innisbrook Golf Resort in Tarpon Springs, Florida. From there, he moved to the Jersey Shore to open the new Harbor Pines Golf Club, an upscale daily fee facility.

With course opening experience under his belt, Joe went to work for the highly reputable Billy Casper Golf Management. Under BCGM, he held the Director of Golf title at Back Creek Golf Club in Middletown, Delaware for four seasons. Under his guidance, Back Creek was named the 1999 Billy Casper Golf Facility of the Year. Joe was promoted within the company to the General Manager position at the semi-private Stoneleigh Golf Club in Round Hill, Virginia where he spent two seasons before leaving to start Golf Services Group.

A native of Plattsburgh, New York, Joe is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
