Miles Technologies (GSG Handicap System)

While some competitors boast about the amount of service calls received each year, GSG prides itself on exactly the opposite. We are committed to providing facilities with working systems and programs. We believe your time is better spent accomplishing tasks than making support calls.

Once initial set up for either the GSG Handicap Program or CTP Plus© Software is achieved, any and all technical assistance or support calls should be directed to the GSG Office. A GSG staff member may forward your call to the help desk at Miles Technologies for in-program or transmission issues with the Handicap System.

The terms and conditions governing support, some of which have associated fees (CTP Plus© Tournament Software Only), are stipulated in the License Agreement and/or Service Agreement signed by each contracted account.

Additional Fees

GSG will provide and supply the customer with the necessary components (excluding a computer system, operating software, dial up or cable internet connection) to maintain and administer the handicap system. Necessary components include the GSG Handicap System software, (1) external label printer, handicap cards and labels for “normal use” during a handicap season. “Normal use” is defined as “one handicap card per active player per handicap season” and “a label supply totaling 3 rolls (1200 labels) per every 300 active players per handicap season”. The external printer provided is and shall remain the property of GSG.

Additional collateral materials will be supplied at the customer's request. Pricing for these materials are posted below and are subject to change. The customer agrees to pay the additional fees at the next scheduled billing cycle for any materials requested and supplied by GSG outside the scope of “normal use”.

Handicap Cards - $15.00 per 100 plus UPS Ground Shipping
Label Roll(s) - $12.00 per Roll (385 labels) plus UPS Ground Shipping
DYMO LabelWriter (2nd or 3rd Location) - $125.00 ea plus UPS Ground Shipping
